    1 and a 1/2 hours.... Linksys... yep... I fell asleep and I was still on hold... it was pitiful, they finally picked up the phone and couldn't resolve the problem. Their excuse for having me on hold that long.... low on staff that day. I was done calling Linksys Customer Service again after that, now I strictly do tech support chat online with them.
