The Key to the Series

    Looked to me like the first half the refs reverted to regular season form where defender staying in his space was a foul on him if offensive guy forced the contact. They also allowed more contact on Yao in teh first half, much like the regular season. That switched in the 2nd half. This is how Yao managed to play the 3rd quarter without picking up his 4th.


    I thought the refs did a good job overall, there were some scratch your head calls on both sides, and some missed calls/nocalls on both sides. Yeah, the ones that went the Jazz way seemed to be first half, and the ones that went the Rockets way in the 2nd half.

    But overall, if there was a foul the right call was made a majority of the time.

    Jazzfan seems to think the jazz did OK going 5 on 8.

    The key for us is Offensively staying agressive, take it to the hole and defensively limit them to jump shooting, no easy layups. If we can do that, we win big. I dont believe a jump shooting team like Utah can beat a superb inside out team like us in a 7 game series.
