He doesn't say anything about the additions. He just doesn't want to be part of the "trash" the rockets took out, so he's saying it must be incompetence.. Was he paying attention to the season they were having? How does he not expect players to be dropped? Dwight wanted out. Jones isn't the same....The season was such a mess that he's right, Morey didn't know what to do. How do you fix that mid season and avoid making a knee jerk move that ruins some of the future?

I feel like commentators say "Montyunas" on about 90% of away broadcasts. Not sure why people have such a tendency to stick that "n" in there.
20% of your cap for four years on Ryno doesn't seem like a Morey deal, either to be honest. Someone who has historically valued flexibility signing an injury prone role player to a soon to be albatross deal is a way better indicator that Morey isn't calling the shots anymore.

True. Thing is other teams' announcers see him a couple games a year, he's not a high profile player, and the name is unique in the US. Freakin'Terry worked with the guy 2 years
Questionable attitude? Can't create? Both things you just randomly made up in your head. The guy can get his own shot and proved he could last year. Like I said, you probably didn't see any Rockets games and just followed box scores. Early in the year Thornton was the ONLY guy outside of Harden that could get his own shot, and he did it quite well. Out of the so called 40 games MT played for, we know you didn't watch any so I guess arguing is pointless

To me that is a HUGE indicator when a owner stops listening to his GM and takes matter into his own hands. I have never seen that lead to championships.
