Jaygup looks better than Green to be honest.

By default. I want to see Green return and see how he does with some actual spacing.

And yes, he was both shooting poorly and suffering from bad spacing, both can be true.

Jaygup keeps making 3’s at least at a respectable rate he will be a special two way player.

I agree with you. He can run the point as can KPJ and they both can be all-star level 2 way players. Give Jaygup Augustine’s minutes and let’s role.

Previously the problem with him is that he goes 1000%. He needs to slow it down.

Now, he's slowing it down feeding Sengun and reading off that

Jaygup will be a star. He plays bigger than his height. I see him guarding 1-4

The more I watch him, the more I like him.
He has the skill and athletic ability, but what separates him IMO is his charisma/leadership. He's well spoken, great interview. He quickly developed chemistry with Alp and KJ, and he hustles like mad. I like his potential, and if Sengun becomes a Jokic type player, in the best case scenario he can have a Murray type role on this team. Great pick by Stone!

He is one of the only players who acknowledges he needs to actively look at Sengun in the post.

He's also been better than Green this season. Don't know if that's a good or bad thing.

He has a nice skillset for the modern NBA. Can lock down multiple positions (although was too aggressive on D last night resulting in a lot of blow bys) / can create off the dribble / score in isolation / distribute in the PnR

The 3 ball is what's going to determine if he is a solid bench guy or a real starter in the league.

Don’t say that too loud around here, folks get upset ( over Green). But it’s true, Christopher is improving by the game.

He should be starting over either kpj or green. I don't like the favortism they give green and kpj.

And wood. Just trade wood+green for a star or really good frp and our problems would be solved.

I mean you could probably get either Williams Beal or Simmons and still keep sengun Tate bird and kpj in the starting lineup

    Kpj
    Beal
    Bird
    Tate
    Sengun

Theirs you're playoff team. But I like this one better

    Josh
    Beal
    Bird
    Tate
    Sengun

Another problem they have which could be minor, is that green and Josh are literally best buds off the court. Trade one and then the other might be resentful.

That's why you SHOULDN'T draft best buds together cuz then ur stuck with both in case u need to trade one .

He sure did, yet in the end, JGup got 3 important offensive boards, and put backs.....

He is shooting about 48% overall and 45% from 3pt land...and playing good defense for the most part.

Jayup played great down the stretch despite Trae killing him earlier. Another all energy guy

I love him. His energy and love for the game is infectious. True baller! No specific position, i see an upgraded danthony melton-type of numbers and role for him in our future.
