When i was 21 I did a lot of green experiments too particularly in my college refrigerator. I truly hope he stop all these experiments and just focuses on his game.
I was also skeptical of heights but they might not be lying too much anymore. You get me the cards and I'll get him to sign in it for us. No guarantee though. We all 3 could retire in the future.
Here is an article on Anthony Edwards claiming he was 193 m but now 198 m.....but basketball-reference still lists him as 193 m. https://basketnews.com/news-155858-anthony-edwards-became-taller-since-getting-drafted.html Who knows. Maybe some Jedi mind games still being played out there.
is 6'4 suppose to be too short? I feel like most shooting guards are about that height. And with the rise of combo guards, There's 6'1, 6'2 guys like Morant wrecking the league.
Last night was the first game where I saw he was out of it. Not interested, discouraged. Maybe a personal letdown after a high. This is frankly more concerning that anything. Hopefully he gets over it quick and realize it’s a long road ahead to achieve his goals.
we know that the kid has tons of ambition and that he feels the expectations, and that he works hard. We’ve read about it. But are we sure he loves hoops? Is there a puff piece out there talking about his love for basketball? For example, Harden is a hoops junkie, internally motivated. Giannis, not so much, he’s more of a hard worker driven by ambition, expectations from himself and those around him. Where is JG in this spectrum? If you’re a hoop junkie and you had a 30 pt game you’d be itching to get back on the floor. If you’re a grinder, it’s more of a “pfu the pressure eased-off a bit, I can exhale for a moment"
Well reality hit that he's not actually Klay Thompson. If he keeps shooting jumpers he will have these nights
