A part of the legendarily bad 2007 draft class (of whom Jacoby is the only remaining active member on the roster), I think it is officially over.

AJ out, one catch, 9 yards, virtually nothing in the return game despite Oakland being terrible at kick coverage and having a punter who regularly boots it 60+ yards. The only thing he was good for today was drawing a PI call in the 4th quarter. It's a testament to how bad he's been that a supposed track star can't even get separation with 8 guys sitting in the box all game. Not that he could catch the ball if it was thrown to him anyway. He and Schaub have seemingly zero chemistry, and at this point, I think we have little reason to expect they ever will.

    It's Bryant Johnson time.

    1 catch, 9 yards, 11 targets

Jacoby is a good kid though. Just gotta keep battlefightin'. Give credit to those Oakland corners. Gotta go back and watch the film, learn, and move on. ;)

At this point, he should just be a return specialist for the time being.

We really need to address the #2 WR position either through FA, draft or trade.

Seems like Dolphins are gonna be going through the "Suck for Luck" sweepstakes pretty soon.

Whats it gonna take to pry Brandon Marshall?

I thought Jacoby was having a good season until this game.

I think his Speed is overrated and his hands are terrible. When fans are surprised when he catches a pass away from his body, there is something wrong.

Would you give up Tate and a 3rd rounder for Brandon Marshall?

Would they accept that? I know they got Bush, but he's not an every down back like Tate is.

Jacoby should be the 4th receiver on the depth chart at least. He has the worst hands of the entire group. I have much more confidence in Walter and the tight ends catching the ball.

If you want different results that can make schaub look good, Moss or Owens.

Sign Moss or Owens ASAP to hell with character. I just want to win. We have had plenty of Boy Scout losses.

Jacoby didnt play well but its hard to catch the ball when your QB throws the ball at your feet. Getting a real #2 receiver should be high on the list.
