I would think so, hell. I watched the Rockets games in Saudi Arabia of all places. Plus, there are a number of websites that stream the games for free. (if you had internet connection). Oh yeah, and I even saw a few games of theirs when I was in BOLIVIA.

just find a DSL connection and watch the games online through the league pass. If u dont have league pass u can have mine. And dont tell me they dont have DSL, it might cost u some money but u can find it.
