Good question. I wonder the same thing. Most people I see debate issues like Democracy vs Dictatorship, gun rights, abortion rights, healthcare, racism, justice for all, healthcare, etc. I don't consider those far left ideals.

Though, as others have said, by historical and international standards, you can get a lot more left than what any democrats are doing these days. Not sure it matters though. Goatuve is using 'far left' as a code or proxy for 'irrational' or 'blindly partisan'. Which isn't a good place to start a conversation.
What a lot of people don't understand is the Democrats have to wrangle all these different coalitions. In almost any other country the Democratic party would be 3-4 different parties. Not so with the GOP, maybe 2.
Please show us an example of "spam"? I'm really sorry if taking pro-Democracy positions, and calling out corrupt autocratic actions taken are considered "spam" to you, but that's just something you'll have to learn to deal with yourself. If you find Democracy, the rule of law, etc. to be "embarrassing" then you should feel more than happy to move to Moscow, or Riyadh or wherever. I'm sure you'll find much less positions that embarrass you over there, and you'll feel more at home with autocratic political positions.
