    Here's how it ends:

    Everybody dies except for the girl in the middle of the centipede. So she's just left there with her mouth attached to a dead guys ass and with her ass attached to some dead girls mouth. The End.

    Apparently, there's a sequel coming out this year with a 12 person human centipede.

    I don't understand the bit about the knee ligaments. Also, they would have to cut a lot of intestines and stomach out. This is not even possible.

    I clicked on this thinking it was going to be some kind of over the top monster film or maybe some gag related to retro video games.

    I've been completely grossed out and unable to get that image out of my head ever since.

    I watched the trailer yesterday and still can't get this twisted idea out of my head.

    It makes it worse that stuff like this actually happened during WWII with Nazi experiments and all.
