Look dude, I'm sorry you have to resort to defend abject racism.

Donald Trump has only ever brought up the concept of "black jobs" when discussing illegal immigrants. So yes, he is referring to "black jobs" as low wage low skill intensive labor jobs. This is a very obvious racist thing you've gaslit yourself into believing it isn't.

WTF do you mean by "capable"?

As in they are humans who have the same means to be successful in life as you or me given the same circumstances and opportunities?

Ya. Capable in the sense of legally being allowed to do electrical work on construction sites without certification that passes inspections in each respective state? No... Ya I understand state by state have their own regulations on how inspections and certifications work, but generally work that requires a train certified skilled trade workers is going to be inspected and have a oversight mechanism in each respective state.

Ya illegal immigrants usually stick to things like basic carpentry, dry wall, roofing, painting etc.

Do YOU have anl clue on what you are talking about or are you speaking out of your ass?

It means exactly what it says.

Maybe you need a simpler version ....

It means they have the knowledge and skill to do those jobs but they cannot get the legal licensing / accreditation to do them because of their immigration status

We knew who the racists were the whole time - it just takes a few minutes for them to expose themselves.

Exactly so they aren't taking the jobs that require trade schools. They are taking jobs on construction sites where the manager eye balls the dude, sees they are able bodied adults who can lift stuff over 50 lbs and capable to endure 10 hrs shifts in 90+ degree heat... not the the jobs that require certifications to do specialized work....

Again "black jobs" according to Trump.

Yup. Just let Trump speak for more than 5 minutes eventually he's going to claim a ethnic group is stealing our pets and eating them.

She did the I'm a liberal, but they're bad now, so I'm a Republican grift of Dave Rubin and Tim Pool. And they were paid by ... the Russians.
    https://www.cnn.com/2024/09/04/poli...-company-linked-social-media-stars/index.html

Hillary Clinton made the claim she was a Russian asset years ago when she took Assad's side in Syria's civil war - who the Russians were funding. Then literally the day Russia invaded Ukraine she said it was the fault of the U.S. for considering letting Ukraine into NATO - which is straight up Russian propaganda. And now she somehow goes from a Democrat to a cabinet member on team insurrection. This makes way more sense if she is a Russian asset.

Of course the other half of it are there are plenty of oligarchs and kleptocrats that will gladly see the country fall into the shitter if it gets them more money and power. Musk will gladly work with Russia and likely is.

There's the theocrats who really don't need much explaining and the petroleum industry that wants to keep polluting ad infinitum.

The reality is there are both internal and external forces aligning to tear apart our government. Russia does a very good job of spotting and amplifying the people who will weaken and cripple the federal government. I'm sure China and TikTok are doing their part too.

The right already doesn't believe in Russian meddling because right wing media cries "Russia Hoax" 24/7. It's as bad as the insurrection, which they saw with their own eye yet don't believe happened.

You act as if the only jobs that are unregulated are like breaking rocks on the chain gang .... That's not true at all.
Residential construction is largely unregulated and easy to skirt the few rules that are in place. For a couple hundred $$ you can get an MPL or MLE to pull the building permit for you and a homeowner can also pull his own permits if he's doing the job "himself".

The only jobs that "require" trade schools are union jobs and those are 100% commercial and the trade school isn't necessarily a requirement if you have related skills and can pass the masters test, you are then able to buy your book (license) and bypass the trade school.

You don't need a trade school to get an MPL, HVAC or MLE, you need practical experience in the field (documented) and to pass the test for journeyman or master.

Okay so hear me out on this.

Illegal immigrants aren't taking jobs that require schooling and certification. They are taking the jobs with the lowest barrier of entry and the most physically taxing.... Aka "black jobs" as Trump says.

You can always find exceptions and the more important things here also is perception. When Donald Trump talks about illegal immigrants and immediately refers to "black jobs" being taken Donald Trump isn't ruining about illegal immigrants labor as being "skilled". He's thinking in his head "illegal immigrant labor is hard taxing low skilled labor". That's what he's thinking in his head and that a what he's referring to when he says "black jobs".

If Donald Trump was talking about the influx of Asian immigrants and H1B1 visas and taking high end tech jobs, he won't refer to those jobs as 'black jobs" would he?

Don't be intentionally dumb about this. YOU know what Donald Trump means.

Democrat Intel leader: ‘No reason to believe’ Gabbard is Russian asset

    https://thehill.com/homenews/administration/5027462-himes-wasserman-schultz-gabbard-remark/

    excerpt:

Rep. Jim Himes (D-Conn.) spoke out Friday against a comment from Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.) that former Rep. Tulsi Gabbard (Hawaii), President-elect Trump’s pick for national intelligence director, is “a Russian asset,” but he held back any endorsement of the nominee.

During a Bloomberg appearance, Himes called the comment a “hyperbole” and said there is “no reason to believe” such a claim.

“There is also no reason to believe that she has the experience or the temperament necessary to have the top position in our intelligence community,” he continued. “But look, when we start throwing around loose language like that, what we do is we degrade the quality of the really important conversations that we do need to have about our national security.”

I have yet to see any real proof that she is. Her stance regarding most things dealing with Russia is opposite of my stance. But I haven't seen any proof presented she's a Russian asset. I might not be totally shocked if it she was discovered to be one.

The reality is that most of reality anymore is virtual. Nobody knows what's real and what's not.

This has been a governmental goal for 80 years. Keep that in mind.
