If they had a film session, that HAD to be awkward and painful to go back and watch.

I have to admit, I've seen him a couple of times put his hand up after an opposition made basket - admitting it was his fault.

Of course, that's mixed in between about 80-90 times of him yelling at one of his big men, even though it was his own fault.

Patty Mills was a rookie when he joined the Spurs and he's grown into a very solid two-way point guard. When he came to the Spurs he was already a great handle. Pops turned him into a nails defender and made him a very good decision maker.

There's no comparison between him and Lou. Lou is an undersized scoring guard. He's not a distributor. And never will be. Several coaches tried to make him a point. It never worked. He's a scorer period. Lou CANNOT run an offense. And Mills can. But you can keep on believing Lou can run an offense and blame the reason he doesn't is because he's been traded so many times. That's a joke.

Fred Vanvleet is an undersized, rookie point guard for the Raptors. He is not very athletic and he's not very big. But he knows how to ball and run a team up top, set an offense, run pick and roll, and create great wide open shots for his teammates. He made the Raps roster against all odds this last season and he will likely continue to be an increasingly more important piece to their future up there with the uncertainty surrounding Lowry and his probable exit as well as their disappointment with Cory Joseph. By the way Lowry and Joseph were the starting and backup point guard for the Raptors this season in case you didn't know who they are either.

It's pretty obvious you don't keep up with a lot of the players with your equating of Mills and Lou and having no clue about Vanvleet.

    True
Comon, man. Patty Mills spent his first two season in the NBA playing for Portland. He wasn't a rookie when he joined the Spurs. If I have to correct you so early in your post then the rest isn't even worth responding to.

SMH at you BBholic. Be better than that.

What's laughable is we have no one in our rotation outside of Harden that is as good at creating offense as any of those guys. That's laughable.

He played half the minutes Capela played in his first two years. He add basically an undeveloped rookie.

You're not better than this apparently. Don't even know who vanvleet is and think Mills and Lou have the same skill sets. Goodness gracious.

No one on the Rockets can run our offense like Harden does, none of them are as good in the PnR. But Bev, Gordon or Lou can take turns running plays if MDA gives them set plays to run instead of expecting them to be able to pick apart a defense ala Harden style. That's the real truth about it.

You can't win in the Association rubbing set plays. If you could, everybody witted walk it up and call plays like the NFL. There's not enough timeouts. And NBA defenses are too good.

Not to mention our whole system is indicated on flowing quickly grim defense to offense and getting good, open looks early.

Over/under for the total number of Harden isolation dribble for 22 seconds step back 3's tonight is set at 4.5.

Y'all think we'll hit the over?

Are you drunk? I know I type a lot of mistakes too, but your response is ridiculous. And the Spurs and Warriors run set plays the whole game almost, so stop spewing trash. Set plays can have more than one option, as a matter of fact, several options to them. Harden is a special player to run the offense that we run. Only a handful of players in the league run it and be successful.

No, the Spurs and Warriors do not run set plays the whole game. They have a sweet with a myriad of options. They only rub a sweet play once in a while out of a timeout, etc.

The Warriors run the least amout of set plays in the Association. U R drunk.
