This man is literally the best point guard, shooting guard and offensive player on the planet. Imagine a GM getting 4 late first rounders and a crippled Dipo for him? Oh wait

I know this is a pipe dream but for some reason I could see it happening and I am not much for happy endings.

unlikely bro. Tilman seems like a petty dude w/ a big ego. it will b a good conclusion to harden's career though.

What does Tillman have to do with anything?

Do you think he would actually block the return of Harden to Houston and have everybody laughing and hating him?

He would have to sell the franchise and leave the city.

    honest answer? Yeah lol

There is literally 0 reason to give Tilman any benefit of doubt. He's a dumbass and theres no limits to how bad he will be when he should not be owning a professional sports team in the first place

And they are 1-5 without Embid.

I agree Simmons is better but what does that really matter?

Harden's supporting cast on the Nets vs our Rockets supporting cast currently, night and day.

Not surprising 2 see wall struggles to carry.

2nd all time trip dub leader for the Nets.

    In just 19 games.

And meanwhile the crippled bozo they traded him for can’t even stay healthy to play a couple consecutive of games and when he does, it’s a competition between him and wall to who can hoist more shots or bricks up

You didn't have to put it like that
    Please hammer dont hurt them

We knew that all these players had injury histories going in. Which is what made the deals surprising.
Dipo was good before the injury
He is not horrible but he has to be on the court to do something...anything.

    James legit spoiled us.

Apparently James wasn't enough for SOME of the members here.

Are they more spoiled than us? Maybe they weren't Rockets fans?

I don't know what Nook thinks (I have heard reasons about Silas wanting Dipo) but I literally thought Dipo was being moved within a week of the Harden trade. I understood the Prince and Allen move even though I hated not getting Allen. I thought they couldn't move Dipo because the trade was too complicated to pull everything off at once. There was no way we were keeping Dipo and resigning him. All those moves were made to dump salary coming back to offset the Wall albatross. I'm surprised we didn't have an immediate trade done with Knicks.

It’s the truth man. Harden right now is maybe the best player in the nba and as Kendrick Perkins and SAS just said on first take he is probably THE BEST PLAYER in the association. Look at the return we got for him. It’s terrible

Rockets ownership should have done everything in their power to improve this team.

Do you really think they traded Harden for Oladipo? He's literally just an expiring contract. They traded Harden for as many picks as they could get and salary relief. I'm sure they hoped Oladipo would improve his stock and be able to be flipped for more picks by the deadline though that looks fairly unlikely at this point. I'm sure they were very comfortable with the worst case scenario of just letting him go in the offseason.

Yep four late first rounders which 3 if not all 4 will be late first rounders for the best offensive player in the world is adequate
