Thats not modyfing his playstyle. He still is isocentric 1on1 player, who cares if he crosses under his leg, does behind the back or stepback? Its still same ****: iso with mismatch, breakdown first defender, shoot or pass to wherever help is coming. Hes not transforming from Rip Hamilton, to Kobe to John Stockton all of a sudden. The only thing changed in Brooklyn compared to his Houston stint is he shoots less. Harden is not doing anything he hasn't done before. What's this transformation bs. He played an entire season of PG in 2016-2017 and he was MVP. Harden plays the best when he has the ball in his hands and runs either PnR or Iso's. Brooklyn is smart to maximize his strength instead of making him play off ball

 

That CP3 trade which brought him here, killed us (Rockets).......and not so much the trade itself as the extension.

But the team was on a high from almost knocking off the Warriors if CP3 hadn’t pulled a hammy, or whatever.

How would destiny had been if we kept Beverley, Sweet Lou, and Harrell?? Only speculation, we move on.
