Yeah.... Hard Knocks is an NFL Films production, not an HBO one. Hell, before last year, it wasn't available on HBO Go at all (just on-demand cable services)... the delay is part of the compromise to put it on widespread streaming that the NFL gets no revenue from. (In theory, the NFL tries to ensure that more people watch Hard Knocks on broadcast TV... which allows them to up the rights fee to HBO based on live or DVR ratings).
Anyone have a breakdown of Hop and Hall's dialogue? so hard to understand and didn't record.. Will rep.
I haven't watched hard knocks since the cowboys were it. It was football back then showing guys on the bubble trying to make the team. This was 99% fluff and 1% football. How was Arian Foster's injury not captured at all? Pretty disappointed with it.

Not ignoring them... But we also know how much different guys are in different systems. If BOB can get a career season out of Fitzpatrick, I'm pretty sure he can accomplish that with anybody he believes in. Then again, a career season from "these" QB's may not be saying much...
I haven't had the chance to watch yet, but all my friends from other cities have been saying that it's one of the best episodes of Hard Knocks they've ever seen. And scouring through different message boards, it seems like many fans from other teams thought it was an amazing episode.
I still can't figure out what a good or bad episode of Hard Knocks is. They're all good. Also, the first ones tend to be more grab-bag/filler as its covering the grab-bag week that is the first week of training camp. Expect more player specific story-lines and rookies on the bubble features going forward.
Man wouldn't be Hard Knocks without a promising rookie going down for the year. It should really be called a curse at this point.
Probably one if the worst episodes of Hard Knocks yet .. hopefully it gets more interesting. Not a lot of great story lines developed yet. It's just the first episode though so plenty of time to have a good season.
