Yeah, especially after JJ was begging him to do just that.

Additionally, I can't believe we hadn't seen Nuk piss all over DeAngelo Hall, especially after Kareem falling down against some rookie went viral. Or maybe I just missed it?

I don't think I saw that either until HK came out. I guess they agree to keep some things for the show only. Also, Kareem's slip didn't make it into the show.

That field looked worse than the one at Reliant, if that's even possible.

Wet, sloppy natural surfaces can be pretty awful. The only problem with the field at Reliant is the seams that shred your knee if you get caught in one. Other than that, it's pretty good and it's never wet.

Hated to see the rookie after the ACl... He was looking damn good in that coverage clip which is rare for the linebackers we have . Could tell he was tore up as well.

It's pretty much universally disliked. Not just the seams.

Yeah, that was rough. You have to assume he lost it once the cameras stopped rolling but if not he must be as impressive as BOB made him out to be. A good attitude and taking things in stride can go along way in sports.

Well when you have a built in feature that can end or drastically alter your career....yeah, you probably aren't going to like that field.

Like I said, not just the seams. The way the field is constructed (the palettes) basically makes it to where the grass can never be very healthy. It's riddled with soft spots, hard spots, holes, etc. By the mid-way point of the season, enormous chunks get thrown up out of it with regularity.

It's just an awful, awful playing surface.

Add in the cracks of death and you have the greatest s***show on turf.

It was even worse when they were having other teams play on it on Saturdays before NFL games. It's sad that they still have those lawsuits out there so the team can't change the surface without essentially conceding that the surface is dangerous.

Hard Knocks needs less RockyIV-esque montages and more actual camp footage and time with the rookies and coaches.

It was already stated by a Texans PR guy that the first episode was to merely introduce the Coaches/Players, and will then dive into actual camp and football on goings.

Good to hear they're not just turning it into the JJ Watt hour.

When asked whether "signability" played a part in the 2006 draft, right wrong choice, his eyes lit up and he said something like" that certainly plays a big part".

Endless complacency, Kubiak extension, Carr extension, ****ty D Coordinators, Rick Smith employment.

It's a long list, winning is no where near the top.

Lets just ignore again that they selected the only player who has made an all-pro team...

You can't trade the owner... if you don't like him, you might as well root for another team.

Not to derail your point but I don't think that is correct. Haloti Ngata is five-time all pro. Antonio Cromartie was a 1st team all pro in 2007. So was Demeco Ryans.

Was obviously only referring to the other potential #1 overall pick candidates that the previous poster was criticizing the team for not selecting (due to possible signability issues, etc.).

Were you the one suggesting to draft Ngata #1 overall??
