The dude lowballed his draftpicks, wouldn't even give them the bonus that has been given to every other rookie in this draft. You think that guy would pay the Luxury tax? LOLOLOLOLOL :grin: 2) Even if Heisley is indeed willing to pay luxury tax for Randolph, Gasol and Mayo, the Grizzlies are in the same boat as us: lots of good 3rd options on the team, no superstar to build around. The only difference is unlike us the Grizz have already finished their rebuilding process, and actually committed max salary to a 3rd option at best. 3) Your up and coming team just got their ass handed to them by the pg they threw away and a 35 year old center. What now? Huh?! What now?
The Grizzlies will be mediocre at best in the foreseeable future. That is the destiny of their franchise unless they either move to another city or get a new owner.
