"Where did you hear that? Did Tawanna tell you that? Alright then, don't go there with me. Don't go there with me. Don't go there with me. That's hearsay. Have a nice day."
Frankly, I'm glad that anyone who was at the game and also b****ed in this thread didn't get a Big Mac. Your suffering does my heart good.
Tigerknee=Allen Iverson. Look at the way he talks. Remember this line: We're sitting here talking about practice. Not a game. Not a game. Not a game. But Practice. How silly is that? We're talking about practice.
Anyone that gets mad because they didn't get a freakin big-mac has some issues. Are you a fan because you like the Rockets or are you paying $50 for a ticket to get a $2 sandwich?
Rent the video "Super Size Me" and stop crying about free Big Macs. I wouldn't eat a Big Mac even if it was free.
Me neither, I could understand this thread if it were for a free 6 inch at Subway, but a Big Mac? That sandwich has No Nutritional Value plus it has over 30 grams of fat.
It's the principle behind the Big Mac's. Fans wanted them. Van Gundy denied them an opportunity. This thread is about Gundy, and not the BiG Mac's. It could have been for a lump of coal for all I care. The point is that Gundy ended a great evening on a sour note.
So now that we have won a few games we need to start complaining about a lousy big mac? Just remember we have to play the Jazz again in the future and it is professional courtesy to respect the other team when you are already blowing them out by twenty. LOCK THIS THREAD!!!
I have been mentioning this Big Mac Point Shaving Conspiracy for a while now. It seems as if it's not really necesarry for the team to score over 100 or hold the other team to under 80 in order to win the game, the Rockets will bend over for the rest of the game. Even if it's only 1 point! We have had Big Macs 4 out of the last 6 games since we started running more
Hey Rockaso, Give me your mailing address. I'll mail you a check for $5 to buy a value Big Mac meal. Get over it.
Wow. Again its not about the Big Mac, but what Gundy thinks about respecting the fans wishes. It would have been a great way for him to win some fans over. Reporter: Why did you choose to run up the score? Gundy: The crowd wanted their Big Mac's. Now, would his name really have been black balled for trying to please fans?
I don't blame Van Gundy for misunderestimating the fat Houstonians love of a Big Mac over another great home win.
Funny you should mention that. I just got an email from Blockbuster saying that that movie was shipped out today to me.
It was the kids in the last part of the game that were going crazy, cheering for the Rockets to get them burgers. Kids these days need burger heroes. It kind of seemed like they were let down. Will somebody please think of the children???!!!
