Not a tragedy, but I'm in my 3rd season for a franchise on Madden 2002, and I'm suddenly having big trouble keeping my corners healthy.

I had my best corner go out for 8 weeks in the 3rd game of the season. A couple of games later, I lose my other starting corner for several weeks. So I sign a free agent who wasn't too bad to fill in my roster only to see him go out for four weeks in his first game for my team.

God not loving the Rams enough to let them win a game so far this year.

Report: Big Ten admits refs blew NU TD call

    October 8, 2002

According to an ESPN.com report, Big Ten supervisor of officials Dave Parry agreed the crew working the Northwestern-Ohio State game Saturday night was wrong when it ruled NU wide receiver Mark Philmore was bobbling the ball on an apparent touchdown catch late in the second quarter.

The back judge, who was not the official closest to the play, made the call, and the Wildcats ended up with a field goal and only a 9-7 lead.

Because I am not going to restart my whole Franchise mode because it happened. I have accepted and moved on.

OUCH...i have to agree there...and being surrounded by Met fans up here made it worse.

Yes, there are Met fans in NY/NJ too...but only when the Yankees suck.
