This pictures shows what champions are. I hope the Rockets of today know that this is what Clutch City is about. this is what runs through our blood.
The thing I wonder most is, what if after this "terrible" offseason, the Rockets actually pull off a 50+ win season and go deep into the playoffs. Last summer we were all thrilled at the moves the team made only to have an injury riddled season that was doomed from the start when TMac was hobbled by tendinitis. Just something I think about from time to time.
Last year is over, the injuries are healed and we are younger and more athletic, I like our chances, and the makeup of the team that they are putting together. DD
Just look at my sig. I have faith. THe competition bar has lowered. Yes, there are a lot of quality teams, but there are no 90's Bulls or Shaq-Kobe Lakers, or even SA Spurs, since they've digressed mightily. It's up in the air. We have a smart coach despite what other people say, and now we have nice young culture (not talent) that will help the time in the long run. I've never doubted this team once. Morey = Assistant GM of the year. Battier = Team USA MVP.
We're not the Mavs Always believe and always think we'll end up, that said I have a great feeling about this season and can't wait to see my guys on the floor again!
