Under the new "Mobile Share" plan, all of a household's devices will draw from a single data allotment.
On these shared plans of AT&T and Verizon, can your phone be used as a mobile wifi hotspot? What I like about T-Mobile is I can take my laptop anywhere and use my phone as it's connection to the internet.
