    Time told. The beltway centrism type of bullshit is not really valid, either on it's own terms or as a mode of a analysis.

    Theres no real center between the two sides now.. Autocracy, Oligarcy, Racial Supremacy....these are binary things. Analysis that stems from there being a cognizable middle is dubious IMo, and these are our current poles

    Reagan couldn't primary Ford, I don't think any prominent Republican working in government now will be able to do so to Trump. At this point the only people who can are the fundraisers.

    Ted Cruz, mascot of the 2013 shutdown, on the Senate floor conveniently blamed
    the Dems for the shutdown jeopardizing the lives of first respondents;
    it prompted this explosion by the senator from Colorado

    he shouted at Cruz
    "... when the senator from Texas shut down the government in 2013 for politico reasons,

    ......Colorado was flooded, people's houses were under water, people were killed,
    .....schools were closed, some businesses were lost forever"    ​
