This "witness" is also someone vetted by 60 Minutes and apparently don't hold your contempt for the man. So much so that they put the integrity of their program behind his statements. You can't really take the "I'm smarter" ground -- historically, you are just fitting a pattern of embracing things that support your preformed point of view and rejecting things that don't fit. All humans do this, to varying extent, and now it's a national pastime. 60 minutes, once a hated part of the "liberal(sic) mainstream media" is now a great investigative organization. Also, someone who cared passionately about embassy safety before Fox News decided to put Benghazi on heavy rotation would have extra weight to throw around here. I had never seen the issue raised in dozens of attacks (and death accompanying those attacks) in prior years.
I'm sure the families of the 4 dead americans could care less about politics or "a pattern of embracing things, or "preformed points of view" or whatever else is spewed by those that drink the kool aid. But what I'm confident they DO care about is what happened to their family members and what's been done to bring those that perpetrated this attack to justice. And so far, this administration has FAILED in their duty with regards to those items. No amount of spin can change that.
