It doesn't need a Michael Jordan to do it.

If Isiah Thomas could win back to back championships with Bill Laimbeer as his big man...

If Chauncey Billups could win a Finals MVP with Ben Wallace as his big man...

Your theory of "only big men can command championships" is no more than just a cliche.

Am I the only one who laughed hard at the Riley assassinating superman comment? It's too absurd but hilarious

    Rasheed and Ben Wallace(double kidding?)

I consider those guys at their time to be GREAT big men.....

Name one team that did not have great big men that won a championship(Aside from Mike)

    No bigs=no championship

as proven by the Mavs year after year after year.................

Huh? Isiah had Laimbeer, Rodman and Mahorn.

Bird teamed up with Robert Parish and Kevin McHale.

Those are pretty damned amazing front courts.

dude, those guys aren't great, like shaq, duncan, and hakeem. this isn't even debatable, sure they were good but if you're talking about teams built around great big men in the traditional since, then they don't fit.

all championship teams have good players, that's why they're champions, but when you're talking about teams "built" around great big men, then there's the hakeems of the world, and there's the mahorns. lets be serious please

I think Kevin Mchale and Dennis Rodman are the definition of GREAT, Parish and Laimbeer are HOF basketball players, what more do you want?
