    THiS

lakers aren't under any circumstances going to just trade Dwght to accomadate his needs to the Wariors without a STAR player or recruit. GsW don't have these, or they're not good enough for the lakers to go ok man yeah well sick this year but even if we become good next year we still need to beat the team in te WCF that WE HELPED.

man Rockets fans need to sleep. it's 6am Saturday morning here in Aussie Land

only way GSW is in it is if they can sign dwight outright.

could that work by dumping bogut and lee for nothing (or bad picks)?

Yeah, only if we can keep Parsons AND Asik in such a deal...then would it be worth it?

Aldridge has two years left on his contract. We'd have to trade them a boat load of players to get LMA. I'd like him too but now is not the best time to get him.

why does it matter if its their division or not? not like the team that win the division automatically win a title.

At this point could anyone blame Dwight for choosing GS? The dumped crap for nothing and got Andre Iguodala. Jesus H. Christ this is a crappy day.

    still a lot of unknowns:

    1) does this change where dwight wants to go?
    2) will lakers want a barnes/bogut deal without any first round picks?
    3) can warriors find another team to take on bogut/barnes to get max to sign dwight?

warriors are a strong possibility, but not if dwight still prefers houston. i hate to admit that curry/klay/iggy/lee are a much stronger 4 than we can put out, but the marketing is better here thanks to china, plus we have mentors like dream and mchale. then again, if he's really basing his decision only on basketball, then i think they have the better team. the lakers probably aren't keen on a deal for barnes if it includes them taking on bogut because they want to get under the LT if dwight leaves. they probably don't like the idea of not getting any first round picks.

if the warriors are able to move bogut to a 3rd team (lets say atlanta), and compensate the hawks by giving them barnes, i think they might have a deal. then dwight could just sign with them outright. this is getting dangerous.

Don't know if posted or not, but I'll post it anyway.

According to rotoworld, Warriors still believe Dwight is bound for Houston. Have no idea why they would ever say that.

cos he's a effing drama queen slash little kid in a candy store who can't make his mid up.

    the end thing is

    a) an SnT if need for Dwight get to his team of choose will happen if the Lakers get a high level player or recruits

    or

    b) Dwight will just to his team of choose in the FA with zero hassle

GSW doesnt have an upperhand on us. Its still between us and LA. He loses money going to GSW compared to us.

Maybe Dwight is using us to make them make risky moves, setting up an easier route through the west for him on the Rockets.

Been lurking since last year's posts and had to get in on this epic thread.

Now that GS has acquired Iggy, couldn't they do a 3-way trade Lakers for DH12?

    Like...
    GSW gets DH12

Lakers get Barnes + Green (possibly even Thompson)

Third team takes on Bogut's contract (ATL, CLE, ORL, PHI, DAL, POR, SAC)?

BTW I still think DH12 ends up a Rocket besides JSmoove.

You guys not believing the Lakers would trade DH in their own division!?!?

GSW just traded the corpses of Biendrens and Jefferson for a 1st round pick!!! If that can happen, then ANYTHING can happen.

Will the Lakers do a S&T for just Barnes or will it have to include Klay? Send Bogut to a THIRD TEAM.
