    Just thinking of another obvious flaw in Berger's article.

    If Howard is mad about how many shots he's getting now, imagine how he would feel being on a team with Kobe AND Carmelo?

    Forget about being Tyson Chandler. You're talking more like Mark Easton or Gregg Ostertag then.

    If Howard says "look I'm willing to give this a go one more yr in LA to see if things improve from last yr. So I'll sign a five yr deal with an out clause after one year".

    You think LA is going to say "no"?

    The decision really isn't up to the Lakers if he says this is what he wants to do. Of course they're not going to like it or want to do it, but considering the alternative?
