That site- well, I should say a handful of its posters- prove why so many people can't stand them. It's called the "entitlement mentality." We're the Lakers, so why wouldn't anyone want to come play with us? Well, sorry to burst their bubble, but not everyone who had the chance flocked to LA. Matter of fact, what free agents did sign with LA? Not Kareem. Not Magic. Not Worthy. Not Kobe. Not Gasol. Now, some did choose to stay with the Lakers, I'll grant them that. But after reading a few pages of Lakersground, it makes you realize how obnoxious and "entitled" some of them are. (To be fair, like all teams, they have their great fans). Are we that obnoxious?
What JayGoogle, one of my favorite member names, forgot to mention, is that, we had Metta's "freaking brother" on here as well. Same guy, but he was called Ron's brother back then. Also, can you name the insiders you have and all the inside scoop they've given you over the last say, 8 or 9 years? Me and my homies on Clutchfans can start a thread about it and have an answer to that very same question. We can have it in a day, two days tops.
