He's been saying "Dwight will end up in LA" for weeks

I still don't get the appeal of Dallas. It's the same situation as L.A. but with less guaranteed money and I suppose a better coach(at least as far as Dwight is concerned). Is he really gonna take less money to go to a team that won't win a title next year and whose entire future is riding on the hope that a big-name free agent decides to join them in 2014? And what if said free agent never materializes? Then he's stuck on a mediocre ballclub in a loaded Western Conference.

man, the natural hate I have for Dallas as a Houstonian makes this so much more intense.

I really think he's going to Dallas since many are reporting they're just behind us and he can be THA MAN there. He will want his own legacy, not sharing the limelight with Harden.

If that's true, it's gotta be because of the money and that he doesn't want the heat of bailing on the Lakers(and joining his 3rd team in 3 years). It ain't because he wants to win a title, cuz barring LeBron going there next summer, it'll take them years to rebuild.

Yea I don't see it at all. They have 3 players on the roster this year so far and still can't offer him the max. Nothing says excitement like playing with Shawn Marion and Vince Carter...in 2013...

This whole "the man" stuff is a weak argument. All it says is were going to have to do a lot more work to make this team good and none of it is guaranteed. Can someone point to me where Dwight ever said he wants to be the man in this FA or past year? Sure seems like it was implied by media and fans.

Really? Dwight picks the Lakers over the Rockets because of the team's cable deal? If that's what tips it in L.A.'s favor for the guy, then they can have him.
