Over exaggeration. I understand Howards frustration and it isn't the first time a second player competes with Howard for the rebound when there is no need to causing the turnover. Besides, it was just one small moment in the game. I doubt it bothers anyone on the team as much as it does people looking for reason to start a Howard is a cancer rhetoric. It was a dead ball as well by the way. The important thing is how it was addressed after the game...not the reaction but learning from why that turnover occurred. Our perimeter guys generally do a bad job of boxing out. It is an aspect of the game that must be improved on to get home court.
You cant point the finger cause that was one of those situations where both were going for the ball...I do think it was no need for Dwight to nag or really complain about it cause it doesnt bring positive energy in a tight game. To be honest he could have made a bigger statement by not saying anything at all letting Parsons understand to let Dwight control the boards. A better gesture would to have pat him on the back and let him know im here. Getting on his neck isnt going to make him play any better, be a great teammate Dwight.
Awww....It must really suck to be Parsons, who had done nothing but kissing up to Howard all season long.
