When JB was made interim HC there was an article about him an in that article there was a quote from JB that said Spoiler "I have a plan" This team is just waiting to unleash it's true potential in the playoffs. The regular season was a smoke screen. McHale took one for the team. We're gonna shock the world.

no, you can be a doubter and really want the team to win it all. but the reality is this team is not better than last year. you're comparing 50+ win team and western conference finals team. this team is a mediocre team. They may have a winning season but way below expectations. Do I still cheer? Hell, yes. I'm a season ticket holder. I'll wear my jerseys but cmon, you can't be not that good during the season and then expect to knock out a team like the spurs or warriors. Hope I'm wrong because I'll be glad to eat crow.
Hopefully they lose the rest so they open up the 6 spot for us. We MUST win tonight, and keep winning against our last teams to do this. It is possible.
I think the only reason we have a worse record this year is because JB isn't the coach McHale was. We had a lot of injuries last year and he was constantly having to come up with new lineups. We haven't had all the injuries this year, and with Beasley here we should be better. You are right though.......not even I expect to beat the Spurs or Warriors, and I am hoping we don't face them first round. After that, I won't be around to watch, but I hope we at least give our fans something to cheer about. Miracle on Reliant Parkway 2016 would be a nice story.

If we play Brewer, and Terry that long, every game, then Yes, I doubt we get anywhere. They don't bring enough offense. KJ didn't either, so that was a disappointment. When 3 of our big men (Smith, DMO, and Jones) aren't deemed good enough to bring off the bench, then Houston, we have a problem. Dwight finally came to play 2nd half, and as promising as Clint may be, he will always be a liability just like Dwight when the hacking starts up. Our top 2 draft picks aren't even a factor this year. As good as Harden can be, he can really mess up the game when it comes to the last minute and clutch time. All I can say is..........this team is a mystery. Just when you see hope, they slap you in the face and make you sick to your stomach with disgust. We still have a chance........but not if we play that lineup again!
