Al Gore is no longer the Devil...It has been evidently concluded Fegan is Lucifer himself...

And pray tell me, why shouldn't Hakeem, Shandon and the Mooch want the maximum any team is willing to pay them?

Thats like blaming Axelrod for signing the $252M that the Rangers offered!

Oeilpere is correct that Fegan is a pimp and an *******, however he can be stopped by the player he represents. In this case Hakeem, Anderson and now Moochie are getting what they want, out of Houston. I think the team should be sending a message to players that they will not deal with pimps, so have a real agent or go elsewhere.

tariq, as hard as it might be for you to believe, I have known several people that have turned down offers with higher compensations to stay where they wanted to be. It is not that uncommon in real life.

Neither is it uncommon that people switch jobs solely for better compensation. And your point again is...?

The point is you say "certainly" and then it becomes not "uncommon". One tells me anyone would do it and one says that some would do it. I got no problem with Hakeem, Anderson and Moochie leaving if it is for money. Just be man enought to say that and move on and quit the whineing about how bad they want to play in Houston.

My point is everyone does not leave a place or job for more money, which is what you started out saying and then it became that some do leave. But you are right the second time some do leave and some do not.
