Here's how much money I've lost of Land Rover: Don't bother responding. Ignored.
Well...that's not true. Good try, though. eta: I'm curious who this "can't afford a Tesla" person is? A new diesel basic pickup is $85K

Of course! You need a beater to go along with your Porsche. Mine's a Toyota but I reckon a Telsa should work also.
To be fair, it may not be that Tesla drivers suck. It could just be that the car's parts fall off randomly and lead to wrecks while Tesla blames the drivers. https://www.reuters.com/investigates/special-report/tesla-musk-steering-suspension/ Tesla blamed drivers for failures of parts it long knew were defective Wheels falling off cars at speed. Suspensions collapsing on brand-new vehicles. Axles breaking under acceleration. Tens of thousands of customers told Tesla about a host of part failures on low-mileage cars. The automaker sought to blame drivers for vehicle ‘abuse,’ but Tesla documents show it had tracked the chronic ‘flaws’ and ‘failures’ for years.
**humble brag** Let me know what you think of the taycan. We haven't pulled the trigger...that range has been the only thing holding us back
I heard, would be uneasy about used given the problems the earlier taycans faced. Don't mind spending the extra $$$ even for the bigger battery but range anxiety is real. Tesla currently has them beat on it. Having said that, test driving a Taycan ( tried the 4S) was one of the most enjoyable experiences I have ever had. It really handles like a 911 in a lot of ways.
Not enough range to justify the price yet IMO. $110,000 with the plus battery.. https://finder.porsche.com/us/en-US...,200&e-performance=bigbattery&order=price_asc Model Year Model EPA Range Estimate (mi) MY24 Taycan 208 MY24 Taycan Performance Battery Plus 242
