LOL you two. Anyone care to put a grand into escrow in Los Vegas in a bet what D-Mo gets in the summer of 2016?

please..ill put a bet on that any day thats easy. Dmo will never have a salary of $10+mil per year. that's actually hilarious how good you think this guy is. A guy who picks up 2 fouls in the first min and a half of a game. not sure where your views on the game of basketball come from.

Give Clutch your e-mail address so he can forward it to me. We will work out all of the escrow and wager details. Good luck dude.

I think you have ALMOST entirely correct. I think that for rebounding his size and positioning is good so his technical rebounding is in fact a strength or neutral. However, he is not a great rebounder right now due to his piss poor hands. So i would replace rebounding with hands for weaknesses.

Its the overhype thats leads to people to overreact when players dont meet those expectations.

Dmo and Asik no matter what the stats may say do not have the same impact defensively. Dmo is doing good, buts lets not make him more then he is for now.

Really? I am wagering that D-Mo's shot begins to fall. His defensive stats at the beginning of his third season are equal to or better than Asik's at the same time in his career. His offensive stats are better.

That's the thing with DMo. If he goes back to the bench he will go backup being disinterested and unproductive. Not what we need.

We literally have no other power forward right now, haven't been tested much and our team has been playing extremely well. Let's not give him too much credit. Let's see how he does against Memphis coming up.

I don't want to make negative posts but we have someone claiming DMo is due for 10 mil a year contract. Are you nuts???

Absolutely not. That is the season the new TV contracts kick in and the salary cap balloons by $10M. I give me a 75% chance of winning. Most fans cannot assess the value of players. By far and away the highest paid players in the NBA are centers that can control the paint. Asik is the prime example. D-Mo has that Asik awareness on defense, is laterally and straight line much quicker, and can out jump Asik on one leg. And D-Mo is a big big man.

I don't think he's worth 10 mil. Even under the new TV deal. But something like 6-8 mil is possible if he becomes more consistent and can provide what showed in the last two games on a nightly basis.

@lol at the guys saying stats dont matter and then bringing up poor DMo 3pt shooting. Deal with it DMo is decent defender and stats shows exactly like it is, DMo isnt as good defender under the rim as Asik, but hes much better on perimeter.

Clutch. Do you know of any way to secure a wager between two CF members?

Hopefully he keeps it up. He's looked good these past two games.

Much better game (finally) from DMo last night. We still desperately need Jones back as we are paper thin on that front line.
