    Swoly, what's the name of the building in the foreground/bottom center of your picture?

    Don't know the exact name of the building, but I believe JP Morgan / Chase has commercial business there. From MAIN and RUSK, you can see the building in between the CHASE TOWER (from where I took the photo) and One Main Place (the colored building in my photo). Google Maps' Street View :cool:

    yeah sorry that didnt sound right. i meant if i were to move to NY which borough would be better. maybe i should start a thread on the subject. i plan on moving there in a year or less.

    Got confirmation that BG Group is moving into this building and also getting naming rights. It will be called BG Group Place.
    BG will have 6 floors (29-34 of midrise) with option for 7 more, first right of refusal.
    Currently it is 164,000 sq ft with potential total of 360,000 sq ft.
    Tentative move in date is August 2011. KPMG will have top 4 floors (already known) with move in date of Feb. 1, 2001.

    KPMG also has expansion rights on an additional four floors so now there are several multi-tenant floors available for 5yr lease terms

    btw, that's a pretty cool 'back to the future' move date for kpmg

    I proposed to my wife at Teddy Roosevelt park, W 82nd I think, right by the musuem. God damn I love that city.

    how much of that building is leased, I ask because I was talking to some guy at the bar who works for exxon and he travels. he said its pretty dire (the leasing situation)

    They just basically cut lease rates in half, from what I read.
