I highly doubt the opposing team will take their 7" center away from Yao and Brad Miller to guard the offensive powerhouse Chuckwagon. They will stick their weakest frontcourt defender on Chuck, when Miller is in the game. When Yao is in the game, it will be a soft double with the PF leaning away from Chuck.
That's right! All season long, teams will be sleeping on Chucks skills. Then, when they find out, it will be too late.
Hey Chuck, glad you found our forum...theres one person here in particular who is your biggest fan. I on the other hand feel your presence on this team will hinder the growth of our two young possible studdly PF's, so please take your place as an instructor and begin your career of coach ASAP! Thanks for the last 4 years! Your fan, YDS
Chuck will have a very effective year by moving back to the 4 where he will dominate. This is one more way having Yao back will improve the D, by letting Chuck play his natural position.
Although there is a hint of hating in your reply, you do have a good point. I too am looking forward to seeing Patterson play. I'm sure they will figure something out. I hope neither one gets traded. I'm telling you now, if they stay on the team, the Hayes and Patterson tandem is going to be deadly in a couple of years.
chuck can chunk half court shots for all i care. the man has earned everything and anything from this organization. hats off to you chuck, offensive threat or not, you're still the chuckwagon and that's good enough for us.
He's exceeded expectations; has done everything asked of him and more. A true professional. My favorite Rocket.
Love chuck and wat he brings to the team but if he starts taking mid range jump shots in hte season i might die...
