The OP article mentions a bill that recently passed the House 406-3. Read it and let us know if it mentions prosecution. If not, you still have time to voice your opinion to your Senator. H.R.6210 - Uyghur Forced Labor Prevention Act passed the House 406-3 on Sept 22nd, now in the Senate. from article: Wang Wenbin, a Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson, said “China is strongly indignant and opposed” to the bill which “maliciously smears the human rights situation in Xinjiang.” Let's see if Senate gets to it b4 election, and if President Trump takes the opportunity to broadcast the passing of it to the people. Media could make it a Debate question, too, for bi-partisan admonishment on prime-time TV.
Hair? Pretty sure they sell real organs from Ughyurs and other prisoners too. That's how the chinese hospitals are flooded with organs for transplant.
I don't know. ****ing ghastly to think the human hair you bought was from a process similar to getting wool from sheep. Plus there's a black market for organs harvested from death row inmates that's been persisting for years... Try the veal!
https://www.espn.com/nba/story/_/id/30077364/china-cctv-air-nba-finals-game-5-live-first-more-year The NBA is rebounding.
It's because they are communists.... no one misses this fact. I think you're trying to separate those things. Funny... are you a communist supporter or something? There is literally no one missing these things and it's all tied to the fact that they are a communist country. All communist shitholes end up treating minorities and dissidents like ****.
You're simplifying it. I've read up on many articles about factory work around the Canton/Guangdong and Shenzhen area. Poor Han Chinese work there for poor pay. It works for the overall poor population because most were indoctrinated to work hard their entire lives. It doesn't work for Kazakhs or Uyghurs who want to work freely, being a poor musician or striving for better education. It's been harder for them to follow this 'indoctrination' or code. In China you can only escape this hell hole is by getting rich, living in the major cities, or doing well at the National Exams in order to attend top universities. Or having the best connections.
Americans not knowing something is not an excuse. Literally. That is not a legal defense. "Where is this human hair coming from? Maybe from a comfortable rich lady somewhere!" "It sure is empowering, covering my own hair with someone else's hair." Stop buying human hair, morons of the world.
The US federal gov't has done some terrible things in the past obviously, but much better in the past 40 years. Most of the US human rights abuses involved activities by the military, border services, and interrogation not counting civil rights issues of course which is more of a local issue then a federal one. But China is on another level all together. The CCP is knowingly putting policies in place that are gross breach of human decency.
You have the US POTUS calling for the indictment of his political enemies and you can sit here with a straight face and say only communists want to arrest dissidents?
this is just one place https://buyandsellhair.com Do a Google search for "Sell your hair for money" basically, it pretty stupid for a woman who wants to go from long hair to a short cut to NOT sell her hair first. the only reason we don't know more about this market is because we're men. if this were a woman's interest website, you probably would already know. There would be hangout threads about how to get the most money for your hair, me thinks.
My daughter had a very long mane of blonde hair when she was 12. She decided (entirely her idea) to cut it off short in such a way that it could be used by those who had lost their hair due to treatment for cancer. She donated it to an organization that provides wigs for that purpose, gratis. Needless to say, we were very proud of her, although we missed her long hair, which had it's "dead ends" trimmed up until that point, and not much else. I suspect that she was ready for a change, although she didn't say so at the time. For people to be forced to lose their hair because of a dictatorship's xenophobia and bigotry, however, is an abomination.
Men can have long hair. I did. Never crossed my mind to sell it. You know any women who sold their hair? I know you're joking about the hangout thread for women. . . .
We do have a lot of killers. This is one time I respect Trump for speaking the truth. Are these CNN people trying to act like we don't have a lot of killers? We're proud AF of our killers.
I understand. I also know I am an odd man out, since I don't give a flying F about Russia. Or Iran. Or Israel. Or Afghanistan. Or North Korea. Or Iraq. I don't give a flying F. We're not the world police. We're doing all this **** on our credit card. Can we stop white-knighting for a year or two, and get our own **** in order?
