Well I just went ahead and amalgamated my 2 major character traits The wisecracking neighbor who lives next door but spends most of his time at the house talking about every hot girl within a 5 mile radius, irrespective of whether he's met them or not, and setting up wild plans to meet them all, always ending with a court date and some bruises. Lately, Moes has been more like the only child/latch key kid who lives behind the house and uses his unsupervised time to torment your little sister by throwing water balloons over the fence. Fatty fat b*stard is the guy who spends half the day working on his black camero, shirtless, and hoping to draw the attention of the neighborhood teenage girls.
