Am I the only one with a problem with this? ***- 2011 Cleveland Cavaliers Kyrie Irving^ 2012 New Orleans Pelicans Anthony Davis^ PICKED THIRD OVERALL ***- 2013 Cleveland Cavaliers Anthony Bennett ***- 2014 Cleveland Cavaliers Andrew Wiggins *** - Denotes the #1 Draft Pick overall The New - Rebuild in 5 yrs plan Rocket River --- C-O-N-Spiracy
Why would there be a conspiracy to help the Cavs instead of the Knicks or Boston or the Lakers or the Bulls?? How does the NBA benefit from the Cavs being a contender?
THE DECISION . . Nuff Said Not so much a conspiracy as I am sick of watching folx trot out non comeptitive teams only to be rewarded until the stumble into being pretty good This is like the extreme opposite of the colluding HEAT It's the Tanking CAVS Rocket River They got their pay back
The first pick was determined by a lottery. It's not like it was given to them (unless you think it's fixed). I have no idea what this thread is about.
'hey stern, i'm heading to miami to win a few trophies... i'll check back in a few years...' *wink wink*
Yes, because clearly the NBA wants Cleveland to be one of its premiere franchises. Cleveland's just like NY and LA - gigantic market, great appeal to NBA players, etc.
Whoa!! That kinda makes sense. The League conspires to get Lebron back to CLE after the Decision put such a bad taste in everyone's month about the NBA in general, and their King in particular. hmmmm
well they do have 3 first overall picks in the past 4 years, so...but hey maybe its just a coincidence huh? lol
and 2 other first round picks who turn out to be solid players in waiters and thompson. thats a lott aluck
The NBA benefits by having LeBron gain legendary status when he wins a lot of rings with this talented Cavs squad. Imagine the craze and comparisons with MJ if he succeeds.
I wish we did something like this. I would rather have a Tim Duncan, Lebron James, or Andrew Wiggins over Harden or Trevor Ariza.
