The Bush administration completely ignores warnings of an impending terrorist attack from the Clinton administration. We then suffer the worst terrorist attack the world has ever known; which is followed by a monumental cover-up and outright refusal to grant the proper time needed for a full investigation of the disaster. They have now the audacity to use the 9/11 tragedies as a reelection advertisement … Absolutely disgraceful.

George Bush doesn't have the testicular fortitude to answer the 9/11 families questions..

What kind of leader is that? He invokes their loss for his gain but he wont even answer their questions.. That is simply sick..

Best thing you have said all day.

No seriously. The Clinton Administration did not do a thing. Don't make them out to be the good guys in this fight against terrorism. All they did was play games the last few days in office.

Another 9/11 family upset over the type of blatant use of their suffering by Bush.
    **************
Ron Willett of Walnut Shade, Missouri, said he was disgusted when he saw the ads. Willett, who lost his 29-year-old son, John Charles, when planes hit the trade center, said he is now so upset, "I would vote for Saddam Hussein before I would vote for Bush."

"I think it is an atrocity," his wife, Lucy, added. "He should not be allowed to use those images at all."

They necessarily are not liberals. Maybe they want a true conservative. :)

    Good call Cheetah.

Who here has read Al Franken's "Lies and Lying Liars Who Tell Them"?

What are your feelings about the chapter titled "Operation: Ignore" that talks about Bush's first 8 months in office?

I know I'll get attack for mentioning Al but that's fine. At least his book supplies true sources to back up claims.

The equivalent ad for the war on Iraq would show caskets coming off the C-130's at Dover. "How do you ask a men to be the last man to die in Iraq? How you ask a man to be the last man to die for a mistake?" Would that be politicizing their deaths more than the Bushie ads?

If you believe that the Clintons tried to warn a pigheaded Bush admin of impending danger, there is truly no hope for you. None at all. You have swallowed some Clintonista spin and choked upon it like Monica in Oval Office.

Clinton hardly ever met with his CIA director! Bush gets a daily briefing, something he started BEFORE 9/11. You tell me has more concern about our national security and then tell me your idiotic statement is really truth or more pathetic attempts by the Clintonistas to cover his fat ass. More like the latter than the former.

No response except for "your fat ass is covered." It is you that need to get your head out of your ass. Quit choking on Clinton spin and learn the truth, it will set you free.

bama, it's been hashed out and linked to sources here a dozen times. Argument over. You may as well just sit and argue that the earth is flat... Wait, I can actually picture that.

[bama]Round?!?!?!?! Round like Clinton's ass maybe! A good man like Bush comes along and has the nads to stand up to those commie no-good science nerds, and I'll stand by him. Can YOU see any curvature, dumbass?! I sure can't. Bush calls it like he sees it: flat. And all you Bush-hating round-worlders are just gonna have to suck it up or we'll push your idiot selves off the edge of this flat-as-Hillary's-chest planet! Morons[/bama]

And by the way, if that image posted by mc mark is real... I am truly disgusted. That's just a disgusting Entertainment Tonight type montage, advertising that, yeah duh, he was our president on that day. I thought I wouldn't mind, but it is actually offensive to me.
