I had to hear it for it to be real. If he had won in even a split decision there may have been riots!!!
I guess Bradley thought he was more powerful than Marquez after fighting him (and would be able to KO Pacquiao, too). Marquez has a much, much higher knockout percentage than Bradley. Even if Bradley thought the judges would be against him this fight because of the previous bout, and he'd have to knock him out, he should have come up with a better strategy.
Yeah, he seemed to punch wildly hoping for contact and a knockdown. But there was no strategy to setup the punch... no jabs, just taunting and wild swings. He waited until the last 3 rounds to start boxing and by the time the 12th came round he NEEDED a knockout, but Manny was clearly not allowing that.
Should have happened 4 years ago. =/ Would've been an exciting fight with a prime Pac. Don't think Pac has a chance now.
hmm there were a lot of close rounds.. first 5 rounds were really close.. with round 3 clearly going to pac and 4 going to bradley. but the other 3 were really close rounds that could have gone either way. Round 6 manny took over and started to separate the score cards. 9-3 or 8-4 Pac but the judges clearly got it right
One thing about Bradley, I really like, dude is real. Mayweather says some of the most ridiculous stuff, but Bradley just seems to tell it how it is.....w/the exception that he thought he won the first fight 8 to 4.
I think he knows that it's all about entertaining th fans and making big bucks. This fight probably set him up for life. What's not to happy about? Two fights against the tickets money maker in Boxing!
