I really enjoyed Bonzi here, he brought something we lack, toughness. Unfortunately we didnt get to see it all this yr. but Im sure New Orleans will take advantage of it. Wish Bonzi the best!
Bonzi filled in nicely for Tmac when he was injured. He went to the rim fearlessly. Rockets wouldn't have the smae record without him in that stretch.
I think this team will miss what Bonzi brought to the table. He brought that unique style of his at his position and looked to drive and get fouled a lot, even if he didn't make a lot of FT's. He definitely was a good spark off the bench, and I did some quick math figuring out that Bonzi got around 12.8 pts and 6.5 boards when he got 20+ minutes this year, so you can tell that he took advantage of some good minutes and gave us a lift when T-mac was out. Well, I guess it's time now to see what BJax can give us...it's just too bad we didn't get to see Bonzi in the playoffs at all as a Rocket, it would have really been something to watch for....
Freaking Les. Too cheap to hold on to Bonzi. This might hurt us come playoff time. Think about it, we're essentially trusting 3 rookies during the playoffs. Bonzi is a playoff tested vet even if he hasn't advanced far, he has performed well. We need someone like him cuz our rookies might choke like head did during his first playoffs. I'll miss Bonzi w/ his sweet dunks. Only person not named Landry on the team who took it strong to the basket. Gotta love that posterization dunk during the boston game. Gotta love less FT missed though.
I heard your comments about me.. I will not forget the city of Houston! I will not forget the pie's i ate and the gurls i partied with. I wont forget yao for giving me shoe deals from his country. I wont forget Tmac for sharing me the points he should have. I will miss RA, i thought it would be a great reunion for both of us.. Anyway, Before I go, rest assured you will see an emergence of a better me, Yeah, Carl Landry has been the younger version of me. I hate to tell it but his effort challenged me to give my whole effort as I can see my game on him. I know he shall be my second coming, I will give to Carl Landry the title as spurs killer cause I know he will eat Manu alive on the post. Most of all, Its better for me to go to give Landry the playing time he needs to prove himself. Im so glad he showed it tonight against the miami heat.
