Hard to answer that Smeg, the guy only has played 2 years.

Rudy kept him on the bench his rookie year, and JVG played him sparingly his 2nd year, but neither coach ran a motion offense or a system that Boki would excel under.

    Worst. Trade. Ever.

    EVER.

God, I would have thought JJ over Wesley himself would have been a no-brainer. We don't know what Boki will amount to, but was trading him worth losing JJ?

Thus I hate JVG more and more. I despise the way he treat his players!

It doesn't even come close compared to the Elvin Hayes for Jack Marin trade back in the 70s.

i hate to miss either. Jackson played great last year.
Boki was one of hte young talented guys. We never gave him a chance and that is not good, if he succeeds with another team we made a huge mistake. i do not understand why we didn't give him a chance. we even gave maloney a chance

Boki was given plenty of chances. He squandered them.

From what I saw Wednesday night, Boki should be a write-in all star in Denver 2005!. No doubt about it. I loved especially how he guarded Joe Johnson and Matrix. Awesome stuff.

I'm not sure that's exactly a ringing endorsement.

Boki has learned enough defensive skills from JVG. On most other teams, he will get lots of playing time because his defense will look quite good compared with other teammates.

On the offensive side, it just takes time for him to show his skillset.

    Hey!

Without trading away big Mo, we wouldn't have sucked enough to get Ralph and Hakeem in the two coin flips. To have gotten those two was enough to make it even in my book.

Well...if Yao will be traded like some of our fellow posters predict...I guess he is the prime candidate to be the 'next' (who we give up too soon and flourish in another team).

Rox will only ever consider trading Yao after he's signed an extension where his trade worth will match his salary. So please stop with the trade Yao garbage.

I think Boki had a right to be pissed about getting put on the IL. I hope he gets a lot of playing time in N.O. and plays well. Go Boki!

This reminds me of the wave of Terrence Morris-revisionist history that swept the BBS at one point a few years ago. What is shocking is that Nachbar managed to accomplish even less than Morris while he was here.

Morris could play, but he was unmovtivated, Boki can play and is motivated.

    Big difference.

Boki is also younger than Tmo....BOKISPLOSION coming !
