Wow. ESPN giving boki a lot of love....

"Nachbar's running 3-point attempt at the buzzer, which could have tied the game, fell short for a bitter end to what was a strong game for him. Nachbar had 14 points, including three driving dunks and two 3-pointers."

    Boki's line:

    14 Points / 7 Boards / 4 Dimes in 26 min.

If only there wasn't so much hate between JVG and boki. I stiill think that he wouldve made a great backup 3 for this team. Especially with the now more loose free type of offense that we run. He'll find a nice contract this upcoming offseason though.

I do wonder if we might make him an offer this off-season, depending on what other free agents do (Bobby Simmons, for example). His contract is up. JVG's owned up to mistakes before. Not that it was a mistake to get David Wesley. But we could use some depth, and Boki can play. He isn't great, but he's improving.

Except that moving Boki wasn't a mistake based on what he has done with N.O. and what we've done with Wesley.

If this thread has shown one thing, it's that DaDakota is a genius. :p

I don't see that happening. I got the impression it wasn't an amiable parting. Besides, there are plenty of good 3's out there that can be had for a little bit of nothing or drafted with our pick. We need to improve our 4 before we worry about picking up a backup for TMac.
