Boki hit a big 3 late in the OT period that brough them with one point (83-82 I believe) but his team could not finish. He coulda been the hero but.........
Boki's playing decent, Tyronne Lue scored 27 tonight, Eddie had his big moments up in Minny, Mo Taylor had 15 the other night for the Knicks, etc. At the same time, Mike James was averaging 11 points for the Bucks, Sura averaged less than 10 points per game last year, Jon Barry was mired on the bench in Atlanta, etc. The Rockets giveth, and the Rockets taketh away. As long as they don't giveth #11 and #1 away, the rest doesn't matter.
To be clear, I am the CEO of Gizmondo Studios, which is the publishing/development/games company. www.gizmondostudios.com Going back to London for the launch party next week, 2nd trip over this month. Oh, GO BOKI ! DD
Seems like Boki has found his place as 6th/7th man and is doing OK. 20 minutes in 34 games and 39% FG shooting. Does anyone know if there is a Hornets fan site and what they are saying about him?
Yeah, seems like he's in their rotation now. I think they made the right decision to play Boki ahead of Lynch.
Beautiful garbage time performance against SA. Did nothing at all in 7 mins in 1st half, but came out like a monster in 4th quarter. 7 rebounds, 12 points in total. Its great playing for NO.
I think Boki has just put the nail in Sam's coffin with his performance against the griz. 17 points on 14 shots.
I think he got 19 / 4 tonight. Either way, he at least is proving that he can score in this league if given the chance. Hope he keeps it up.
Game Over. So DaDa, what are you going to put in Sam's sig? something like "DaDa, you're a sexy beast!" or "DaDa is always right"...but that'd be too farcical.
How many times we gonna say he's proving he can score in this league before we learn to say, "Boki has proven he can score in this league." Once again, he will make some team a good bench scoring option and if he improves his defense, he will make a good 3rd or 4th option on a team. Boki can play. It's too bad that Van Gundy wasn't willing to give him a shot.......especially after watching Strickland clatter up the court this year and shoot something like 12% from the field with less than zero D.
I'm happy for BOKI. I hope he continues to play this way. Good Luck Boki. Prove all the nay-sayers wrong!
