Then his lawyers shouldn't accuse the police of illegally entering the apartment. No one ANSWERED the door. Maybe the police wanted to check to make sure everything was okay since they had received a noise complaint for the apartment. Maybe the police smelled weed. What do you think the police should do? Leave? Usually police want to talk to the homeowner. As long as Benson didn't have anything on or in his body, I wouldn't charge him with possession. On the other hand, its Robinson's APARTMENT. So yes she should be charged with possession. From Da's explanation, I now understand what Benson's lawyers are doing.
I'm sure the open containers of alcohol and the smell of mar1juana were more than enough evidence to search the apartment. Now for entering the apartment, I don't know what the police saw, but I'm sure they were suspicious when no one answered the door. I admit that isn't enough to force entry, but until more facts of the case come out we won't know.
You are starting to annoy me with this crap. This is the second time you've accused me of 'hating' UT. I went to the damn school, for crying out loud. Stop it.
gr8-1, DaDakota, Hayes: Where in this thread do you get TheFreak hates UT? If its in a previous thread, please provide links. I think Mack sucks as a coach. Do I hate UT?
