Don't sleep on Zach Edey. He will have a very long productive career and I think he'll make 1-2 all-star teams before it's said and done, assuming he stays healthy. The guy is a proven winner and is willing to put in the work. Given his skill, talent, and drive ...I think he'll have a very long NBA career. He just needs a need that utilizes him correctly and he'll be a beast.

Edey will be way better than Bruno Fernando. ...but (probably) not as good as Alp.

 

Edey in the same sentence as Alpi in terms of comparing the two players gives you an instant loss of all your creditability. But I think you know that are are just trolling (hopefully).

 

The "Use is the same sentence" trope is just that, it's a meaningless trope.

How about you actually look at what I said and consider that context in which it was said. Things must be graded on a scale, not in simplistic binary terms ...as you have done.

 

I like Edey a lot, but he screams “good not great.” The NBA is flush with incredible current and ascending center talent - Joker, Wemby, Sengun, Chet, Duren, AD, Zubach, Sarr, Bam, etc. I could obviously be wrong, but I sincerely doubt Edey will ever come close to being an All Star.

The absolutely only way Edey is ever better than Sengun is because of injuries.

Edey is skilled but will never have the dexterity and speed to be better than Sengun.

I guess compare them all you want though !
