You confuse me. I'm pretty sure that that's not what you said before, but I agree with you, and that is a bit scary. I hope it doesn't mean Sengun breaks a leg.

    Purely from a basketball perspective:
Kanter was a beast in the paint. Prime Enes was one of the strongest players in the NBA and wouldn't back down from anybody. Having played soccer in his teens, he had impeccable footwork and a plethora of moves; he switched from bully ball to ballet in an instant.
Grabbing rebounds from him was almost impossible since he had an uncanny knack for knowing where the ball would land. (e.g. the 30-20 game in OKC or the 24-30 game in POR)
He had a sweet stroke too, even though he usually chose to drive into the paint instead of shooting.
What a waste of a player... Instead of focusing and improving on his terrible defense, he went and got tangled in that radical Islamist sect.
    He could've been a legend.

    Actually they're not much similar.
Kanter was freakishly strong and wasn't above cracking a bone or two in the paint.
Sengun is more of a finesse player. Maybe in a few years, when his body fills up, their games will be more alike.
+ Kanter could rebound with the best and biggest, so putbacks were Kanter's bread and butter. This is something Sengun can't do yet.

I doubt he has even played 1,000 minutes in his career yet. I think this is first real chance to be honest.

In any case, I get your perspective. I think he might be more than a Tarik Black, but hey, we'll see.

I heard Enes Kanter once picked up Rashad Favors in practice with one hand, flipped him twice, threw him into a trash dumpster and then dunked the ball with his other hand. And then with his other hand he made a pot of tea.

Here we go again with the lob threat nonsense, not acknowledging at all how terrible KPJ is at throwing lobs

The full questions and quotes don't make it sound so bad, but pair this answer with what is seen in the game, KPJ does prefer Bruno over Sengun. I think why is pretty clear. Sengun plays as a focal point when he has the ball, Bruno plays off the guards being the focal point. KPJ, while maturing, is still immature when it comes to his play and the idea of team play.

Looking forward to the easy layups KPJ has promised.

No surprise. KPJ quoted before: " There is no need to change our plans because we are losing". This is a team for KPJ improvement, not Rockets improvement.
KPJ > Houston Rockets. Confirmed again.

Didn't he come in and catch multiple lobs in his brief cameo on Monday?

Edit, one lob, one regular pass on the roll

    These histrionics are too much

"if guy that has played 3 out of 20 games for a team with so little depth they actually had to play Boban plays it's a GIANT WASTE..." of what exactly?

Is it the Hawks game you are talking about? If so, you really have an image of Bruno, flying around, putting in lobs all the time in your head. He had one lob an a fast break, where kmj was running too. Certainly the play could be finished without the lob threat, or kmj doing the lob.
