    Sengun is
    Slow.
    Can't leap over a matchbox
Can't screen near the 3-pt line and get back in the play
    Can't rebound better than Bruno
Can't block shots better than Bruno

    Three parts of the game:
    1) Offense Sengun (as a post threat)
    2) Defense (Bruno easy)
    3) Transition (Bruno easy)

Bruno blocked a shot at the free throw line and out ran everyone down the court for the lob dunk. Sengun can't do that in his dreams

Alp is none of those things. He’s not elite at running and jumping but he’s not slow or a poor leaper off the move.

Bruno is a better leaper from a standstill.

The difference between Alp the basketball player and Bruno the basketball player is far more than their athletic traits.
Alp is a prospect, Bruno is a jag

The thing no one keeps talking about is that EVERYONE has to change to accomodate Alpi's skillset, where no one has to change to accomodate Fernandos...

Alpi needs the ball and a slower pace to be effective, that makes him better, but does it make the rest better? Silas clearly doesn't think so....and I have no idea to be honest.

Let's let Alpi's groin heal so he can "Stay Hard" like the rest of the team.

    This isn’t true though.
The system would have to change.
Green and Alp have a great two man game. That isn’t stopping anyone from getting out in transition, it’s just another offensive facet to incorporate.
Also, playoffs the game slows down. If you can’t execute in the half court you’re going to lose

Why can't we agree that it's the system (coach) that has to change?
All this Don Nelson - MdA run&gun thing is sometimes (and only sometimes) fun to watch, but will not win anything ever.
We have yet to see some strong and clever half-court plays from Silas the offense genius. (Incidentally that's where Alpi, a system player, excels.)
Defense needs team effort. No single defender will get the team over the top; besides, we are sorely lacking in appetite for defense.
Our shortcomings in both offense and defense is mostly on the coach. The talent is there: Somewhat raw, somewhat spread, somehow invisible to some eyes.
As another user put it, and I paraphrase: Who cares about the "system" of the terrible coach of the worst NBA team?
Give this bunch to Pops and we're a young, talented, motivated team that's very difficult to play against - and we're in the play-ins this year.

Dude, he's wearing concrete boots out there.

Slow as maple syrup in 30 below temperature.

Apparently you close your eyes every time Dedmon and other throw Sengun to the side
    during rebounds.

Also I can show you video of Sengun vs
Magic in which they abused Sengun as
PnR defender. It was no contest.

Open your eyes when watching the Rockets game. Defense as well as Offense

edited: I threw in TS%, eFG%, FG% because that mattered to those arguing against KPj. Lol

First, Bruno is not a better screener. Second, neither are good in transition.
Third, Bruno by every metric is a bad defender. Worse than Alp.
You can show all the short clips you want, you can find the same for Alp. He averages more Stocks, and he graded out well in switch last year.

That is not true. Faster pace in modern nba basically targets to attack within the first maybe 10 seconds to create an advantage, get a good shot before the defense settles down. Most of the time, this is not done with the center anyway. We have the ideal KMJ for this, or Tari in the future would be good for this along with the guards. Jabari will probably be as slow as sengun in this respect. The other problem is KPJ is not good at this anyway. Because it requires quick decision making with good court vision and good shot selection, qualities he lacks unfortunately.

The other type of fast game, which is fast ball movement once you are settled in half court is just the perfect game for Sengun. He has the court vision, passing skills and willingness to pass. If we weren't playing isos all the time and using Sengun as a passing hub at the high post, we would be seeing this much more but that's not Silas's style.

I want Alp and Bruno to rotate in and out. They’re better than Bruno.

And all these jackasses talking about spacing and then clamoring for Bruno are just hypocrites.

First Bruno is a better screener

Second....I'm not saying who is good....just who is better between the two

We have to send help for Sengun....less when Bruno plays. The defensive metrics is
hard to quantify because of x-amount of defensive help.

No, Bruno is not a better screener.
And stop making excuses for Bruno. He is in no way a better defender

Man dude, you need to stop hugging your Sengun doll so tight at night.

    It's effecting your brain.

Kiss your Sengun poster and everything is going to be ok.....keep telling yourself.
