But what does that involve? It involves little more than what girls do in the club all the time except on different body parts. Gay sex between dudes is much more "invasive" and a much larger step.
i have no problem rolling out of bed with a hot chick and flipping on pirates of the caribbean and admitting that johnny depp is a hot man but i would never sleep with another man cz that would be i love women, some men like women and men, some men like men, to each his own, i dont have a problem with anybody except men who get sex changes, theres just something very brian chapman about that
Agreed, but if you are turned on by an attractive chick, how do you not take the next step and "try it"...that's what curiosity is and you shouldn't deny yourself...you're young, its summer, people suppose...oh nevermind...post pics please... I'm attracted to women, everything about them, from their heads to their toes...Johnny Depp, Gerard Butler are handsome doods, but that doesn't mean I want to bang them, I don't see them in that way...some doods do, to each there own...I guess to me, its ok for girl on girl action than guy on guy...
I think it has everything to do with societal pressures. Men see two good looking bi girls and are turned on. Its considered an acceptable behavior for the most part. A couple of bi men? Thats considered disgusting, and we treat those guys as such. If you are the pitcher, is it sexually different than Anne Hathaway with a girl? And for the catcher is it different then the pleasure some girls get from taking it in the butt? Disease of course is a major problem though with such behavior.
And bicurious is not the same as being bisexual. Being curious about something only means that you're OPEN to the possibility of that thing happening, at least during the time you're curious. For example, if I'm curious about what it's like to be a nudist, that doesn't make me a nudist. Until I actually take off my clothes and get out there, and enjoy it enough to make it a lifestyle, I can't say that I'm a nudist. I've been raised to believe that thoughts and intentions don't define who you are. Your actions and lifestyle do. That's why I don't consider someone gay until they're out of the closet, much like I don't consider someone to be Christian until they act accordingly. You'd never call a man who has sex exclusively with other men "a certain percentage straight", so why call a man who has sex exclusively with women "a certain percentage gay"? Those who claim to be something without the actions to back it up are just posers On a side note, I'd just like to say that I hate homosexuality and bisexuality and find them disgusting. This doesn't mean that I hate homosexuals and bisexuals. I hate smoking but have plenty of good smoker friends. I hate the Mavs and Cowboys, but have plenty of friends who are die hard Mavs and Cowboys fanatics. A LOT of people fail to see the difference.
I think in general the risk of HIV transmission from anal sex whether it be between men and women and men and men is about the same. I think why HIV spread so much between gay men isn't solely in the sex act but the lack of protection and a high level of promiscuity in the gay community.
I am curious though how much of this idea of human sexuality, particularly male sexuality, is just culture. It seems like female bisexuality is more accepted even encouraged, than male. DOes that mean that women are naturally more bisexual than men? There have been cultures such as the Ancient Greeks where male bisexuality was not only accepted but considered the norm. Does that mean that ancient Greeks were by nature more bi-sexual than modern Americans?
My guess is that they are about equally common naturally. At least in terms of curiosity. If we were a completely free sexual society, I think there would be a lot of bi people. I'd say at least 1/3 of the population, maybe even half would at least experiment with the same sex.
Bisexuality was the norm in the highly enlightened cultures, Greek and then Roman. Pedophilia and incest too... sexual enlightenment I suppose means different things to different people. Love is also not gender specific, I'd wager. Take into account the relationship between Stuart Sutcliffe and John Lennon, although never established as a romantic relationship, there was a love between those two men, a sharing of similar ideals, something tangible that made them inseparable, even if John may have beaten the **** out of Stuart after he said he was leaving The Beatles, which may or may not have lead to his death a few weeks later. John seemed to have psychological attractions to the anarchists and those who were like the women in his life since his father was never around. finalsbound talked about being more comfortable around those with "feminine" qualities, and this is much like how John Lennon was, he stayed around females, he had few close friends who were males. But at the same time his sexuality was of a different breed. He was anything but monogamous, but there were 3 women in his life that he loved, and 1 man. Beautiful. also Tom Hardy + JGL = hawt.
Actually on a purely biological basis Angelo Hathaway makes more sense than Anne Hathaway because women don't have a prostate to stimulate. There isn't anything disgusting about two adults having consensual sex in any combination of genders, the whole...lesbians are cool, but only if they are hot, but gay men are gross idea is just silly to me. And for those who have this pathological fear of gay men hitting on them, I managed a sheet music store for years, I do community theater...I just turned 40 and have never married. I've been around enough gay people to populate a small town. Sometimes straight people have been known to think I am gay, but actual gay people never do...I am thinking their gaydar must be better developed. I'm fat and tend to date women my own size, and people have tried to convince me for years that is "disgusting" too...It's all just a matter of personal preference.
Hugh Hefner has to watch gay p*rn to get it up these days, tougher to get it up for the usual hot chicks sex when you've done it a million times.
p*rn becomes less and less about physical desire and more and more about abnormalities the more you indulge it. You become desensitized to usual sexual cues, such as Hugh has I imagine... he's banged the hottest tail every night for decades... familiarity breeds contempt and the more sexually aware one becomes, the more exploratory they tend to be. I kind of know what thats like, I've been a p*rn addict since I was exposed to it at age 9. The taboo is what really gets people off.
Kinsey Scale: + So can someone cite what constitutes as examples for 1 and 2? 1 = you accidentally/purposely brush your hand across a dood's ass? 2 = you accidentally/purposely brush your hand across a dood's ass, and wink at him?
0: Jack Bauer 1: Jake Gyllenhall 2: John Travolta 3: John Mayer 4: Neil Patrick Harris 5: Lance Bass 6: Richard Simmons (This is in no way accurate)
