If your asses is below poverty level, your ass only pays 2 9s, not the 9% income tax. 3. Apparently the existence of deductions and exceptiosn will render the 999 no longer revenue neutral even under the Godfather of Pizza's own analysis. No, the whole appeal is reducing taxes on the upper 1% to keep his Koch benefactors happy. Tactically it involves fooling the usual assorted of libertarian/consrvative members of the lower 90% into thinking they are getting a break.
