I have no doubt bigtaxxx supports liberal Houston as all the great cities of the nation are liberal.

Yeah because the mayor is the one who completely made Houston into a diverse city.. She was also the one who established the Rockets, Texans and all other good things this city has to offer... Ugh... Thank you mayor.... But I think she is being outdone by the gay of nicarugua since they did beat Houston on that list.... Next year Houston will be number....

bigtexxx is a Rice Alum, like all of us, right? He might have internal struggles with this, but I know he is smiling somewhere.

Yeah, and tourist can visit the space center and check out an authentic space shuttle!

Oh, wait, our mayor completely dropped the ball on that and we got screwed.

And Houston over the Mediterranean and South Pacific? Laughable.

lol What a joke. Houston isn't even a top 7 within the U.S. as far as destinations go. Laughable.

Perhaps, but this seems more a list of "not obvious" choices.

Yeah going through it. It's a weird list to me. Some of them make sense, especially some of the ones at the top.

One that's pretty low though that would be an "obvious" choice is Paris at 46.

not at all...I'm a Rice Alum, and I honestly believe that some how, some way Annise Parker made this happen.

    GO RICE!!

or it could have been Jeremy Lin. not sure. NY is still not over him...so maybe the NYTimes wrote this to stab the Knicks in the back again.

yeah this is a stupid list. Still makes for good publicity though.

I would never recommend Houston as a place a person should visit.
